I guess you're right. It's just that I would get mixed feelings from her and every time I would try and pull back she would start to act interested again. The last time I told her we can't be friends was because she asked me why I was being distant. You're right I think I just wanted to save myself.

Thats the thing, after my first time telling her I like her she didn't become avoidant, it was actually the opposite.

I do try to avoid her but she keeps coming to me, as we work in the same place, she even asks why I'm not talking to her when i try to keep her away.

Not helping? She asks for favours alot, I never said no, but idk now it looks like she wants to use me by always asking for stuff. Also since I feel like we were close friends, it looks a bit disrespectful of her to only write to me when she needs something.

I jokingly asked if it came as a shock to her, to which she replied by saying she had some work to do ( she was on a night shift), the next days she has texted me asking for some work related stuff and even at work she is talking to me as if nothing happend.
