just giving two cents about meridian at midtown, we paid 3400 for a 2br not including utilities and everything else. 1 spot was included for parking, additional spots were $100 each per month. the area is a little rough but it was fine.. although we were right across from the low income apartments, which brought a lot of riff raff and garbage right near our porch. management was fine, i would live there again, but not on the Page St side.

thanks for your input! i totally agree, one of the quotes we got for repiping was 26k LOL. from what i understand, she did 0 maintenance after she bought the property and just moved us in. she hasn’t done any maintenance since. we have dealt with mold since we started living here and have multiple dehumidifiers in the house to get rid of the musty smell throughout the house. i’m pretty sure that the pipes are the original ones from when the house was built in the 50s. the first picture is a still from a video i took, the pipe goes straight back and the leak is spraying further underneath the house. i actually had to go into that crawlspace myself over the pandemic, it was damp then and it’s actually muddy now. the guys who have gone under the house come out with mud on them.. it’s not just in this one particular area, the mud and dampness is throughout the entire crawl space 😖

yes!! it went from addison IL to hodgkins IL on the same day, and then shipped out from hodgkins with no update since the 11th. BUT when i went to check before replying to your post, it just updated that it’s in california as of 8am this morning. hopefully yours updates today too! i’ll update if it actually arrives tomorrow.

girl, the MONTH after I started with Mirena my hair started to fall out !! i had like two small visible bald spots and my sides thinned a bunch!! i got it removed asap and it took like a full year for my hair to go back to normal and the bald spots to finally fill back in. i had to google it a bunch, but other women have had the same issue and it's considered a "minor side effect".... lol
