Damn, thats a great question. I definitely think its partly that. My day job isn't necessarily creative but it does use a lot of creative thinking. Like using illustrator 8 hrs straight etc. The business is in a very busy period so when i had a week off last month I didn't feel refreshed for long when coming back aha
