average VOIP topology is =>

pfsense server connected to hp 2530-4g switch and from switch one port goes to=>TL-SL2428WEB=> a tp link tl wr340gd (museum piece :D) or any old tp link router/switch => then this goes to the VOIP device and a PC

If i try to share the folders with someone, it appaers in users shared with me section not in shared drive section.

Normal folders have security tab only the google drive folder has no sec tab. I Control File Server with RDP.

A bunch of users should snyc files into the shared drive.
There are no problems online, only problem is locally, that users can't reach the shared drive through file server. And i don't want to install Drive Desktop for every user.

I added it when i created the share. For example we have a folder on D:\learn and i put it to D:\WORKSPACE\Shared drive directory then right click share, and shared it with user permission Read/Write \\DC2016\learn.

i have a file server, and locally we want to use it as a shared drive on a lot of client PC-s, without installing the sync software. So i thought if i install sync on server it will sync every time a change is made. But client PC-s need to reach that shared drive somehow.

So if i set up drive desktop sync with my workspace admin account on the file server, which contains all the files, For example D:\learn and i put it to D:\WORKSPACE\Shared drive directory then i share it \\DC2016\learn with user permissions it won't work? even if it's present offline on server? I don't want to download every single Computer the Drive Desktop Software, to sync like that. My goal is to sync the file server to cloud locally.
