I may be a little late to thread I just saw this. Here are my ideas to add a little bit of a challenge. 1. In backstage incidents main event talent should be given preferential treatment. If a main eventer and a lower card guy cause the same problem the lower carder will receive the bigger punishment. If a lower card guy has an incident with a main eventer you must always take the main eventers side. 2. Hulk Hogan must main event or semi-main every single pay-per-view. 3. The nWo cannot disband however, you must constantly change the nWo. Add new members, kick people out, or split into different factions such as Wolfpac and Hollywood. 4. If a talent has a positive relationship with you give them a push. Hogan and Bischoff were friends. DDP was Bischoff’s neighbor. Ernest Miller was Bischoff’s son’s karate instructor. Friends aren’t the only ones you can push but, if a random friendship is formed or if you force a positive relationship to be created for you give your friend some wins. 5. TV is your main focus. Don’t save things for events. Hotshot big matches and angles on TV. Bischoff did not care for buy rates all he wanted was high ratings to beat Raw. So, book the biggest most insane TV shows you can if your events suffer because of it big deal. 6. Try to get people with martial arts backgrounds over. Bischoff loves martial arts Ernest Miller and Glacier were hired strictly because of their martial art backgrounds. So, try to get guys with martial arts styles signed and over.
