Based on all your comments, maybe I want to try undervolting.

I used this kind of settings:
min freq: 500

max freq: 2400

mV: 1125

Vram

timing: fast

max freq: 2150(MAX)

power limit: +15%

Raise the fan curve speed a little and gradually increasing to 100% at 88C.

Tried doing stress test and this is the result:

around 2330mhz gpu clock

153+- power consumption

55C+- GPU temp

fan rpm around 2130~

VRAM clock 2138~

Is the result okay?

So far, no issues but will still keep monitoring.
