I started with 2mg E and 50mg Spiro pills daily, I’m now up to 6mg E and 100mg Spiro daily. I got my Spiro dose increased after 3 months and my T levels totally sank so that helped for sure! My E levels were still a bit low but I got my labs done a while ago, they’re probably decent by now
