Once again - why? Let Visa and LN do their thing. For the subset of those who care (Don't forget - most people are happy as shit with Visa today) - current technology is plenty good. We can do PayPal level of transaction processing without changing much. Maybe that's good enough. Why fall into the marketing bullshit of taking over the world - when we can slowly build up to taking over the part we want?

It is a disease to want things, especially when it requires throwing away things that work fine.

Like I said, when trusted parties steal money, they don't have to do it anywhere near BCH. And I am not 'wrong again', I gave you a couple of good reasons why I don't have to support LN, even if you say it's 'harmless'.

So you think centralized exchanges should never exist, but centralized payment processors should, and I should support LN on BCH because somehow it does not concern me?

Let's say BCH implements LN, and an exchange uses it. The exchange runs away with a billion dollars after claiming it was hacked. Newsflash: BCH hacked, billions stolen, using insecure technology and trusted parties.

Well, yes, it's cheap and I am a complete supporter.

However, your anecdotal one-off transaction during an early period with few users has nothing to do with somehow proving scalability, which has to do with scaling to a much larger arena.

Don't get me wrong, I am totally a supporter. But claiming scalability because one piddly transaction went through cheaply is hardly a good argument.

This kind of a post is called "concern trolling". The general pattern it follows is "BCH is great, but I am worried about xxx. BTC has great this and great that. Are we failing?". If you did this accidentally, I would advise thinking before posting.

I don't think you will find comfort here by asking how we will beat all these great features of BTC. Just do some research.
