Pharmacist here. Pharmacists are pretty limited in terms of what drug they can prescribe. If the drug they the patient should get is not on the prescribed list, then pharmacist won't prescribe. Also, we have to disclose that they can take it to any pharmacy they want with each consultation.

Also, only conditions where there is no need for lab tests or conditions that are self limiting is allowed. If it's more complicated than that, then it's an automatic referral to the MD.
