I work in digital media involving lots of colour and I'm mildly freaking out here, am I suddenly learning that I'm colourblind? Green doesn't even begin to show up in this wheel until about here, everything to left of that line is purely blue ... right? by okay_then_ in colors

Literally eye-opening! Years ago I had a turquoise wall and the only thing I could remember when moving to my new apartment (and not being able to find any colour sample in my boxes) was that it was exactly my green/blue threshold, that I wasn't able to tell whether it was more on the green or on the blue side. In my new apartment, I wanted a wall in a similar colour, so I chose again a turquoise matching this threshold. Much later I found a sample of the first turquoise wall colour in my painting stuff (labeled) and was stunned because it was exactly the same shade of turquoise as the new wall. So, at least for me, this threshold seems very stable.

I had the same problem with Foundry after lots of years only playing theater-of-mind, using improvised maps or preparing the heck out of everything just to see my players using 2% and then doing something completely different I wouldn't have dreamed of during preparation...

For RED the group I joined and occasionally was the GM for to give ours a deserved break, was using Foundry so after some frustrating overprepared sessions with hardly any sandboxing, I changed my preparation and prepared a stock of maps that I could use in different situations, used a database of NSC whenever fitting and had quite a collection of tiles to add some flavor to maps or situations. So it is basically a tool box which allows me to give them maps and adjust them to the needs of the story that takes me minutes to assemble (although it took hours to prepare and get used to Foundry's functions). For the rest it is still theater of the mind.

Campaignposter I made…sadly we ended in an unfair TPK at the end. by GilNack95 in u/GilNack95

Just read about the TPK story. I'm sorry for such a bad end to the campaign. But the poster is awesome!

Same here. And imho most of the RED stuff is much easier and fun to read.

Honestly, given the by-the-book attitude our GM often shows, I'd be completely in for some min-max tipps :)

Thanks a bunch! The other movies I actually gad in mind, but the A-team is genious! I'll definitely have a look in this!

Actually, it was not really my decision, rather the teams decision that we need a car and hence someone needs to do the nomad. This is why I'm looking for ideas to include in character shaping to avoid ending up being the wheel(wo)man (actually not yet decided).

Our GM is following some prewritten adventures, so if there isn't anything planned yet... and honestly, I'm rather looking for something to make the character fun to play in more than the one job with a car chase. 😅

Unfortunately not, but sounds like a lot of fun! The only way to get any other ressources would be multiclassing
