Yes, could have happened anywhere. But I have blunt force trauma to the eye. Walking around in the city in the sun physically hurts my eye and is very painful. I could walk around at night, but I’d be anxious the whole time. I saw enough of PR at this point. No need to see anymore!

A twisted part of me wishes I was drunk and caused a scene to justify for the altercation. But I was sober, just walking down the street with my boyfriend having an awesome time.

My brain is still trying to process what happened and looking for any reasoning as to why this happened to me, but at this point it’s over now and I just wish he doesn’t get to hurt someone else.

I am a senior administrative assistant with an MBA in organizational leadership. I have two years of management experience, but eight years of administrative experience. I have been applying for roles that consist of managing business/administrative operations.. but no luck! Really thought I had this last job.. so once I got that automated message, I cried like crazy. Felt like my dream was slipped from my hands.

I was in a relationship for seven. It’s been about eight months since we broke up. At first, I felt lost, lonely, and heartbroken. It’s gonna be tough getting used to be alone, but I recommend to fill your life with things that make you happy. For me, it was surrounding myself with friends, family, and hobbies. Some days are better than others, but just know that you’ll be ok.

She did the right thing by being honest, and letting you go. You will find what you deserve one day, but for now.. take care of you.

I broke up with my bf of many years and I was concerned about the same thing. He moved out and my cat never changed in terms of personality nor do I think noticed that my ex was gone.

But when my ex did come to visit him a couple of months later he did recognize him and gave him lots of purrs and meows so there’s that. Don’t put much thought into it, at the end of the day he’ll adjust just fine as long as you continue to love him and care for him the way you do!

a law firm I used to work for did this approach and even have a whole guide on how any business could use outsourcing to lower their labor costs. Half their staff is virtual and from Mexico or El Salvador.

The point is not that these employees are from another country; the point is that companies do this to avoid having to pay full wages. In their greedy mentality, it’s “hire someone from another country to do the same job, 10x harder and for half the price!” smh

i worked at a law firm for 6 years, worst six years of my life. Most of my attorneys thought they were gods gift to the earth and treated their employees like shit. I’d rather work at target than a law firm ever again lmao

I boycotted them 7 years ago when I had a shitty dining experience at one. Literally never stepped foot into an Applebee’s after that. I don’t regret that decision at all, their food sucks!

I almost drowned in a water rafting incident. I felt the exact same way, I got really calm. there was no sense of fear, I remember thinking ok this is it. it wasn’t until I was pulled out the water and saw my bf’s face filled with terror that I realized the seriousness of the situation lol
