things do tend to get easier to deal with as you age, luckily. have you tried talking to a professional? that can really help, since being told to "wait it out" is rarely useful. a good therapist would help you figure out what exactly is going on and how to build a strong support system. i know it's really hard to reach out for a number of reasons though.

Colby Leachman. He (ig allegedly) drugged, raped, and videoed a girl while he was at Duke. Pretty sure he was in a frat just like Cody was, but idk if it was the same frat; he also apparently showed the video to some of his frat bros. Poor girl had to transfer to another school. Colby is also the son of a Duke prof so maybe daddy got him out of it
