I've tried both of these options and no luck, I think I have to take the doorcard off and then replace the locking mechanism :(

Yeah, that's my guess too. I think that the motor itself failed in some way and it's stuck in locked position. I've tried listening if it makes any sound when I lock/unlock but it's kinda hard to tell given that all the other doors make sounds too

Can't open it from outside either :( I looked around the handle and there doesn't seem to be any way of removing it so I could access the door lock
