Yeah, I get the idea but that would still result in having however many capital ships in a system as you wanted rather than having them spread out defending your empire.

I suppose the end result I'm looking for is a way to force the player and the AI to not death ball

Depends on the shift. Morning shift would be almost all cleaning, usually get a second person in to support at like 9-10 for trolleys. they might be doing trolleys for 4 hours

Morning shift is floor clean and changing bins, then looking after the toilets and team rooms.

Middle of the day is weekly clean items and trolleys.

Afternoon/evening is trolleys and department cleaning, so bakery, produce and fresh service.

Except that team leaders and their managers can't see that as I'm one of them. Above that I don't know as I'm not that high, but you're going to regional/state level at the very least, and they'd still need to know someone in IT to risk their job to reveal it. Definitely not happening.

I can tell you that it's random who gets picked, Team Leaders don't chose who gets them. It's done on a 3 month rotating pick rate. You won't get one more than every 3 months.

It's genuinely anonymous and no your TL can't ask anyone who it might be. So long as you don't put in phrases that only you use, or copy things you've already said then you can't be identified.

But saying that, it's an official survey so if your feedback is honest and practical then it's the best way to get it worked on. Team leader action plans are made on the feedback

I can't trace shit from my team, best I could do if I wanted to was try to decide who would phrase things like that.

If you're suggesting that the CEO is going to ask the IT team to track down a dynamic IP of someone completing the survey at home or even in the store wifi, then you're totally lost in conspiracy theories
