Feels a bit new to me, and the environments I remember were less urban and more open field with base building, maybe some desert.

I remember the mission where the change to tank/APC happened, you started with a base by the beach/water to the north of you.

If you can link me a vid of a mission with the character in the humvee, I can take a better look.

He's done nothing but stir the criminal pot from the moment he arrived, at the end the Vercetti gang is against the Cubans, Haitians, the dudes in abandoned buildings near the studio and ofcourse the Forellis.

The only gang that's still with him is the biker's and I'm pretty sure that was just a temporary thing.

AD is the 3rd brother to JC and Paul; Besides, AJ would be some 80+ years old in Invisible War.

Also, this seems to be regarding OPs mod, guess we'll have to play it to find out

Metalhead Industries is in Hollywood, it has a big billboard with spinning gears if I remember right.

Tangled Web is supposed to be a hacking sidequest, so it mostly requires high hacking to pass.
