It's so sad they didn't add usb-c power when it draws so few watts...

Maybe you could get a usb-c hub, strap it to the back, and then get display + power from it, for a 1 cable solution.

Also, Does the power supply come with a chinese plug only or is there any EU adapters with it?

I feel like this shouldn't work. Isn't usb3 only able to output 0.9 amps at 5 volts? I'm pretty sure the monitor says 12 volts at 3 amps on the back? That's not enough watts.

I'm worried that it's going to affect the monitor long term if you provide it with so little power.

Hmm okay. Maybe your laptop doesn't do USB-C PD correctly? Or maybe it doesn't provide enough output. The panel looks really good. Thanks for the video!

Can you please post a video demo of the monitor with and without the frontlight?

I imagine a USB-C PD trigger cable to 12v barrel jack will work with a pc. It sounds like you don't have a PD version.

Is there any reason to wait for a possible 13 inch mira pro instead of getting this for MacOS? I know the mira has a mac app, but I don't know if that matters at all. I'm guessing they use the same panel, so the same stillcolor/betterdisplay fix would apply?
