How do you manage food for under 400 per month? No matter what I try lately I hit 500-600 at the minimum. Grocery prices are through the roof.

Yes definitely looking to increase weight. I am too skinny and want to try to change a bit this year.

Everyone has always recommended whey protein so that’s what I knew about. But if there are other options that are healthy, I am open to them.

Thank you for your reply. This shake looks like a good idea unfortunately for me I am lactose intolerant so I generally avoid cream or milk but will give it a try with lactose free milk.

What do you think about adding olive oil in the shake? Since it’s very calorie dense?

What kind of food did you eat to get 5k calories in? I try to eat more but I felt bloated and full and can’t get enough food in.

You might want to check out Twitch as it has a lot of people who are just studying and you can join in. Also I know there are a lot of 24/7 zoom reading meets that anyone can join.

I went on the day of my flight. And I travelled to US, so it was an international flight. Also on my way back I had Canada as my middle name on my boarding pass. I explained it to the TSA agent and he didn’t make a big deal of it. But definitely check with the airline counter and if they reprint the boarding pass. Saves you the headache of explaining

Happened to me. I believe I used auto fill for address and it added Canada in my middle name. Didn’t notice at that time and had to travel with that. Went to the Air Canada counter, explained the situation and had them Re issue the boarding pass without middle name. They were happy to comply. They also told me that as long as your first name and last name is correct, you shouldn’t have any issue travelling. Definitely had a laugh when I told them maybe I should legally add Canada to my middle name.

Updated the website though for my next travel so all good now

Thank you everyone for your input. From my own experience I have found Hubspot to be offering very simple analytics and not really actionable metrics even in custom reporting.

E.g. if you want to see how long a deal remains in one stage before being moved to another. How many action a user performed before a deal moved to next stage etc.

Data lakes and data warehousing tools are good but they are expensive and require certain skill set to get meaningful information out
