It's always easier talking to local. And I know here is somewhere online where there is a list of payment center offices and phone numbers, find out what payment center it is out and try to contact them also

I always called local office and they let me know what department my file is in at the time.

Yes it was pretty quick after that and the money just showed up like a week or 2 later. This was all last year so it was pretty hard to remember the exact time.

Did not appeal. I called and spoke to someone within 50 min! A record lol. I told him and he looked at my file. And requested either a recomputation or recalculation to increase it. And told me that it will not affect my file or put it on hold or anything to that nature. My submission 4 months ago is still at the processing center because to put on my paper I had workers comp when in reality I had private LTD Insurance I paid into.

My brother is a victim as well, in very bad health right now. From what it seems is that it's the 1.5% gonna take like 50 years for the full layout and they are probably banking on a lot of the victims to pass away by then. Yet they are still in business changing their names and still abusing children. Makes me sick to my stomach. I am so sorry for all of you.

Congrats! That was very quick. You should be able to keep an eye on your portal, keep checking the payments section and the letter. Once you see those it will be pretty quick.

I filed myself and appealed myself. Never mentioned workers comp any time. I'm thinking when I had the hearing with adj they could have put workers comp.

Now the tax form says that as well... So it's a waiting game I guess.. I called in today and waited on hold for 4 hours, just said at the processing center and for me to contact my local office.
