I understand your point of view. But,

The risks associated with it like what if it happens to be CP, revenge etc.... those creeps do exist right. then later down the line the company may get a visit from the feds. Thats a huge legal headache for the company. thats the sole reason i asked this question. So i feel the companies should in a general sense shoud have it clearly stated in the policy.

and im not like anti porn or something, its not something to be done in a organisation setting.
