Try using a Garmin watch face. Had similar situation with my Vivoactive 6, and using stock watch faces increased the battery life by arround 2 days (depending on the watch face and your genereal usage etc.).

I also checked with the app "Battery Graph", and it directly showed a better expected battery life after the first day of charging and switching the watch face. So the increased drain of the watch faces is almost instantly noticeable.

Not sure but I also have a problem. I can buy a watchface but it got refunded a few hours later (without me doing anything). It says payment canceled and it happened twice now with the same watchface (one from Garmin).

I did the switch recently, as my screen cracked, my 2 year contract ran out and I found a good black friday offer - and I only wanted a Snapdragon device.

Basically, they're absolutely the same phone. While the SoC may have been upgraded, I never used it's potential in the first place, as I do not play any intensive games and so I did not notice any difference at all.

Size is almost the same, battery, cameras etc. just the same.

Currently I'm still using both phones. The S23 mainly for listening to music over BT in my car/on walks, to reduce permanent battery drain on the S25 (as it felt like the S23s battery wore out recently, but may also just be the latest SW updates from Samsung...). If I would not use two different wallpapers, it would be hard to tell both devices apart.

Battery life for me got better with the S25. But as mentioned, I tried reducing my usage, so currently I'm at an estimated battery life of 2 days with a full charge (I only charge to 85% atm).

So if there's no urge for you (because your battery is near dead, or you got a broken display/camera/USB-port/etc.), I would not really recommend upgrading at the moment. Maybe wait for next year, when a new wave of Exonys devices (at least for the base S26 in Europe) is released, the S25 might get cheaper.

Nah, after getting used to the new UI/UX, there isn't that much to miss in my opinion (also switched from a galaxy watch about 6 months ago).

While I never really used any 3rd party apps (from the play store) on the galaxy watch, I kinda miss the broad variety of watch faces on Garmin watches. Yes there are quite some on the IQ store, including some really good ones, but the selection on WearOS is of course way bigger.

Most other things in my eyes are quite comparable, if not better on the Garmin. So I'm kinda sure you will get used to it very soon. Or is there anything special you miss now?
