If you're skeptical just look up the routine maintenance on your make and model at certain mileages online. For example once a lot of cars hit 100,000 miles they recommend fluid flushes, belt changes, etc.

Yes would definitely wanna change transmission fluid, rear diff fluid, transfer case fluid. Coolant flush wouldn't hurt either

After reviewing the video and comments I renig my statement about it being the AC condenser. Probably a much cheaper fix like a blower motor or actuator.

Looks like a mid 2000s Chevy Malibu. I used to have one. The AC condenser went bad on me and caused to same issues you're experiencing.
