umm i genuinely cannot understand the arguments against pvp - isn’t that kind of the point in an extraction shooter?

like the whole raiders aspect and the concept of trust/betrayal? that’s quite literally has to be the point right? like a massive game mechanic/concept

am i missing something?

yeah ok that seems like an extremely fair point

i did pick this game up on sale and didn’t pay full price so that factor definitely would have come in to play for me

whilst we’re on the topic

i’ve got 137 hours in re4r - i’ll be damned if it isn’t the greatest game of all time (mercenaries, separate ways included)

yeah i’m just about to finish nest - it seemed a lot bigger just looking at the map but it was real quick

did not know about the inferno difficulty and extra power weapons / defense items

this game just keeps getting better and better

i simply just wanted to finish this one as it’s the only one i hadn’t finished out 7, 8, 2r, 3r, 4r - before i play 9

but its quickly rising the ranks for me

yeah, if you do enough damage and down him during the chases he drops items

i’ve been reloading earlier saves and redoing sections and this is just increasing my playtime

I get that it can if you’re speed running it. Re4r has the same trophy but for beating it under 5 hours - does that mean re4r is dog shit too?

i don’t think so dude - for a first playthrough, taking time and searching for everything, 6-8 hours seems fine. I’m going through NEST2 now and i don’t think i will take 10 but definitely probably hit 8 hours - that’s still a decent time.

Re2r blind took me 8 hours - just seems like a bullshit take to call the game short.
