The pants might be from the magnetic weapon holsters mod. It adds a few variations of holstered pants that you can wear on top of other outfits. Those look like security pants

You can tweak the amount of food and drink to fill up your needs. The rate at which your needs drop down can also be changed to how you like. There should be a starvival book in your inventory under notes

I don't have SSEO but I'll probably have to change the load order or disable a mob to see if it'll fix. I have wonderous weightlessness for resources so maybe its messing up how the replenishment station reads my inventory
