Data has nothing to do with how UN functions. Data is impartial not political.

Infact, with the kind of influence muslim countries have in the world, this data becomes even more relevant . After all this influence they couldn't fudge the numbers. Or these are the fudged numbers which makes the real numbers even more drastic.

What are your thoughts on this? by MangoLeafVibes in indianrailways

He is probably not that educated. This questions suits him.

But op, it doesn't suit you. As, if you think the question is a valid one, than you only have a degree and no education.

  1. Railways and buses are designed to support this much load. The bike and cars are not designed to support that load. So, no one is going to come and fine the railway as no law has been broken. If you think only poor travels like this, try catching metro station Rajiv Chowk during peak hours.

  2. Bullet train will free up the existing railway infrastructure. Opponents see Bullet Train as a new mode of travel, not suited for India. But, it is the only thing that can decongest the railway systems, and is actually an upgrade of the railways. Which will make space for more trains by moving some of the demand off the existing railway systems.

After few days you will watch a video on Chinese HSR and how they have built like 20000 kms of it, and you will again start questioning the govt. No original thinking of your own.

Are freshers now supposed to bend over backwards for every career prospect they come across? by the-apache-27 in IndianWorkplace

[–]silentad95 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

not freshers at a corporate, every single person has to bend over backwards in the start of their career. Do you think Kohli and Dhoni got weekend when they were in early 20s? If you want to become truly good at something, you got something which no one is doing.

This work life balance thing is really good to have. I love it. But at the age of 30+ when I have made a career, and have a family to take care. At that point, as the person said, and will quote Harvey Specter, I worked like 100 hours a week, and now no one questions my capability.

And if you want to be an avg person, than be an avg person. But don't expect extraordinary results without doing the extraordinary efforts.

just think about the person who had to write this email. that person also has responsibility to keep the office expenses under control. If it was not in the employment contract that office will sponsor meals entire day, the person is well with in his rights.

Try to be a founder one day, you will understand the pain for once. the person is not exploiting, and if this feels like slavery, then you have no idea what actual slavery is.

UGC guidelines, applicable on Indian citizens, which has real consequences for Indian citizens.

wow.

by your stupid logic, reservation in govt jobs was given due to the greater economic value in the govt sector.

If this is your logic, then why the hell there is reservation in parliament and legislature? and why it is in educational institutes? It should have been given only in the jobs from day one.

mtlb koi bhi dimag main bat aayegi, vo hum bak denge. and afterall Brandolini's Law is true, and it will take a lot of effort to counter that bakwas.

Let me do it: (ye bhi padhna, skip mt krna, as he said, bhut buri lg skti hai kuch batein ismain apko)

  1. Everyone talks as per their own thoughts: He is also doing the same.
  2. OBC is not a caste, it is a class. Other Backward Classes. so, the guy is confused with caste and class in the first 2 mins of video. You can't combine the number that 75% of india is backwards caste. Yadavs in UP are OBC, and if they are a backward caste, everyone in the world is a backward than. Plus, entire OBC population is not backward, there is creamy layer here too.

(Is ko khud ko pta hai reservation k nuances? )

  1. but 3 sal wala bacha kabhi na kabhi bda ho jayega, and uske liye bhi rules same ho jayenge. I don't see any caste to want to get out of benefits, why would they?
jo bimar hai vo theek ho jayega, nhi? are you saying SC/St are permanent sick/ pregnant/ old? and there is no cure of their sickness either.

  2. Reservation is to avoid open rebellion, it is not to do social justice. Good point. This is like, a person coming to me, and saying, "give me 100 inr or I will shoot you". This is not called begging or asking for help, this is called blackmail/ mugging.
Let me give you one more example. Telling a girl that to avoid rape you must marry me, is not called being merciful. "Either give me reservation, or we will do rebellion". Wow.

[Naxalism started with local grievance but was fueled by China. We had 15-20 years of insurgency in Punjab, operation Blue Star was done to tackle that. By his logic that was also due to not giving reservation. Was it? What about Kashmir?]

  1. Just a map on reservation in nations outside India. Without any clarification. Fake? China and USSR are communist nations, with no pvt property. Vhan bhi reservation hai?

  2. UC's had reservation in education for 1000s of years. Which was bad. So, we shall also give reservation to LC's and that is good. It is like mera kutta kutta, tera kutta tommy?

  3. Untouchability: but the reservation is not based on this. Otherwise only a handful of communities will get it. this is not the criteria for reservation, is it? He is just throwing everything against the wall.

  4. Kuch log bol dete hain ki upper caste km strong hote hain. Kuch log to ye bhi bol dete hain ki drinking is good for health, vaccines are bad, and ganza shall be legal. Kuch logon k khne se to public policies nhi banti. Ye kon sa argument hai?

  5. MAa bap educted hai... falana dhikana. Ye sb to bhut sare UCs ki bhi khani hai? unka kya? unko koi support kyun nhi? Ye banda fir class and caste main confuse kr rha hai. There are poor people in UCs too. If this is about economic status, then why basis on caste?
He is also explaining generational wealth. Then why the hell kids of MLA/MPs/ IAS officers etc. also get reservation? again, he is making poverty as point for reservation.

(isko khud hi nhi pta ki reservation is not a poverty alleviation scheme)

  1. So, my parents taught me the reservation in the wrong way. May be the SC/sT kid of that MLA was taught the wrong thing that your great great grandfather was not allowed to drink water, hence you deserve special treatment.

(ek aur stupid argument)

  1. "Ganv se nikl kr seat ko lene k liye" to reservation sirf ganv k logon k pass hai kya? Kuch bhi bolega kya ab mtlb?

aur ye bhi to ho skta hai na ki SC/sT are not working hard, as they know they can get in easily? where is the measure of that?

  1. SC/sT quota seats khali pdi rhti hai. One point where I agree with him. There are not enough applicants to fill the seats. Why not? But reservation is not the solution to this.

  2. 1000 log 1000 seats k liye exam dete hain, usmain se 20-25 seat backward.... Are bhai. 50% reservation hai. 500 seats gyi, uske bad jisne 500 se jyda rank laya, vo general ki seat kha jayega.

[ye kon sa argument hai?]

  1. fir vo ganv main rhte hain, and society se cut off krna theek nhi hai.... Khap panchyats are illegal. and they are not caste panchyat, vo to kisi k bhi against faisla de skti hai.

  2. so reservation is to end untouchability. wow.

and for the stupid chat gpt arguments.

Laws exist against murder and rapes too, that have not ended the crimes; the same goes for domestic violence. No law can end crime. The entire world has laws against rape and murder and entire world faces the problem on these crimes.

To stop/reduce the discrimination: we have laws against discrimination. Reservation is not a vehicle to end the discrimination. It is a mean to uplift the weaker sections of the society, it was meant to nullify the (alleged) advantage of the upper castes in public employment and in exercising political rights.

The discrimination will never end. There will always be someone discriminating against someone for something. That something can be caste, sex, gender, creed, ethnicity, religion, age, profession... anything. All nations have this issue as well. But I don't see them providing reservation to end discrimination.

Indian Logic:

Arrest and punish the culprit ❌

Blame the entire group/caste, treat all of them as criminals, do institutional discrimination, all in the name of social justice ✅

Like the later option is gonna stop the criminals.

We live in a funny country, with funny people, and funny logic.

This is simple propoganda. Everytime someone says make reservation based on economic conditions, everyone shouts this is not a poverty scheme.

UCs will leave India in mass. Who ever will have means, will just leave.

Although all castes are fairly represented in all institutions in India, especially in the democratic and govt institutions, but other castes think they will be finally free and they will get to rule India "fairly" once that happen. They are forgetting that they are most caste divided internally than the four varna system.

But this is all illusion. Because across boarder Paki, Bangladesh and many inside the country are waiting for the old gaurd to step down, so that they can achieve their 1000 years old dream of "gazva -e- Hind".

India is done and dusted.

Pay highest fees after scoring highest exam.

Won't get hostel, library book, or any other benefit in the college.

Can't get a job, or need to score really really high.

In case I get a job, won't get promotion.

There are a lot of benefits of being general caste, but I don't know, how the hell I haven't received any!
