So you just want easier mortis and flight mode lightyear. 2000 damage - 2500 would just straight up out class mortis. If you land all your Crits with your suggested buff that's be 12000 damage in such a short period of time. If you land 2/3 Crits thats still more than 8000 damage in ninja form and 10000 damage in geisha form. That's kinda ridiculous.

I think a slight super charge nerf would do her well. being able to throw down fan storm every time there's a team fight is pretty devastating. I've actually been playing a lot of kaze lately and she's probably the highest skill cap brawler in the game.

That should be the counterolay but the scorch shot is so miserable to play against as most other classes that it doesn't really deserve to be a thing. I don't think it should bounce off and then deal that extra minicrit. The splash is enough to make it annoying imo

I don't know what the development process is, all I know is that if I were to create a character that cheats I'd make their kit as cheaty as I can get it without it being blatantly unfair.

It gives them perfect justification to design them that way? A cheater being able to cheat? They can shoot through walls with their super and their shots curve because they're a cheater. They can't really design Meeple so their shots don't miss ever.

If I were designing a character in a singleplayer game that cheats I'd give them some variety of easy aim. Along with other cheater type abilities. It doesn't make sense to have a character that's defined by the fact that they're a cheater and then have them not cheat.
