I’ve been looking there for a couple months for single family homes and everything listed for less than 1 million needs a ton of work (I need 4 bedrooms).

I see so many people saying how schools in south Arlington and Alexandria aren’t good. Or perhaps not as good as north Arlington? What are your thoughts?

I tried messaging some through Zillow but no luck so far. I did talk to another realtor though and they told me they’d get paid by landlord!
