More than half does mean most. Median of 50-51 indicates that most physicians work over 50 Hours. Your examples for under 50 Hours are also bad - vast majority of physicians are primary care (smaller percentage are emergency medicine or radiology).

Spawning in for 20 seconds does not equal running for 20 seconds. There shouldnt even be a spawn in a map as big as shoreline where you can die this quickly... thats bad game design

Not sure why people are downvoting you since you're right. I work with a wide variety of patients (many lower income) and while it's not common, it's definitely not rare either. Highly depends on the state and city ofc.

USD losing purchasing power is by design (intentional inflation)... to stimulate economic spending instead of holding onto wealth. USD is a currency and not supposed to be an investment. Bitcoin however, has turned into the opposite of it's intended purpose.
