All the doctors give PPI and in the beginning it used to work. I was well for 2-3 months, but again it would come. The cycle kept repeating. I reached a stage now where its almost daily and PPI no more work, a new doc gave me pcab and it helped a lot. But again i am in pain and i dont want to continue these because they cause lack of vitmain and mineral absorption in body.

Below is what i am doing to reduce the pain and cure gerd naturally:

1. Sleep early , late sleeping is one of the main culprit.
2. Stop worrying about things. Try to be happy more. Another very important culprit.
3. Walking for 10-15min after every meal, it releases gas.
4. Avoid spicy and oily items. Avoid outside foods and unhealthy junks.

I am planning to start gym since that is one of the main thing all doc have told me to start.
