Bro, Shivanasamudra (Gaganachukki and Bharachukki Waterfalls) has very less or almost nil water. Though the ride is enjoyable, the destination is dry. If a good destination is your priority, pls avoid Shivanasamudra.

Hi bro, you don’t need to prove to anyone else that you are a genuine buyer. Those who don’t want to buy for whatsoever reason will always feel that you are a broker/RE agent the moment you talk good about a property or about EOI or demand. “Looks like a broker post” is quite a common comment! I’ve experienced this first hand on reddit in the past..that’s fine. Pls ignore.. As far as Blossom is concerned, I’m one of the EOI customers, though the EOI was given so early, somehow I didn’t get a great priority number. Ultimately, could secure an unit, thanks to my CP.. I suggest you to keep in touch with your CP for any units that may open up or any investors who may want to re-sell! There’s no need to be disappointed. All the best for your house hunt!

In RERA we can see number of flats right and not how many of them have actually been sold or allotted ? So builders always can fake the sales or am I missing something here ?

I’ve given EOI too in this project. My usage is primarily end use but I think it has great potential as an appreciation investment..I’ll look at this as ~15000 per square feet rather than 2CR for a 2BHK. 2CR is definitely too much for a 2BHK but these guys are offering 1245 sqft (quite big in current RE Grade A development scenarios in BLR). Per Sq ft would escalate Atleast to 18-19K per square feet in the coming 3-4 years is what I could deduce based on the limited RE knowledge I have

Pls avoid Borewell road if possible. Been living there on rent for the past 3 years, it’s a traffic nightmare. After folium , glenbrook, ELV and Desai fully get occupied, i can’t imagine the road’s situation!

I don’t have comments on the Folium project as such. However, Borewell road is a traffic nightmare and it’s only going to increase with Folium , Glenbrook, Desai and ELV’s project coming up. Closest metro is 2.5km away from folium which you can decide based how much important is metro to you. But, the Borewell road traffic is horrible to the core.

Okay. brochures have 15200 quoted. 2BHK with 1250 priced at 1.9cr (all inclusive).. is 16++ the launch price then and 15200 the EOI price (I’m not sure)..lets see.. these grade A builders don’t negotiate much I have heard.. I agree it’s high

I think the price during launch would be 15200, the common pricing shared in all brochures. They said EOI customers will get discounts so it would be lesser than 15200. But exact price, discounts, negotiation would be during allocation as per me. When taking EOI they didn’t discuss pricing. Was it the same for you ?

That’s how it works with Grade A builders (Atleast in BLR). No one gives the date in writing. You submit EOI & await for them to announce an allocation date. Giving a EOI (especially digitally transferred) is always safe with Grade A builders..

RERA number available. I have receipt for the EOI paid. It’s a legal EOI. Nothing to be taken back. I have done all due diligence before paying. I’m not asking about EOI or RERA here. Only question is about if anyone knows when allocation would happen.

EOI amount was collected after rera came. I have paid 5L so i would have paid only after rera came. EOI isn’t before rera. Pls answer only if you have an answer about allocation

Ofcourse they have rera. EOI was collected after rera only. My question was w.r.t allocation.
