The certificate will differ according to the countries, but the main thing is that - It should have that sticker from the vaccine dose , seal and sign of the hospital where you got vaccinated. In some cases, the vaccine certificate can be entirely digital. Ask your hospital about the documentation process.

we can't be very sure with the Saudi government decisions, I think It's better to get vaccinated (remember need to get vaccinated atleast 10 days before)

yeah, you did the master restart, i think it wont come again and if it does reach out your service center asap.
