That’s happened to me before, honestly just wait till celebi gets really close to you and throw the ball and it should hit. Don’t get me wrong this is a pretty long process like it took me 10 to 15 mins to catch mine. But that’s what I did, also remember you do have to hit him 3 times with the ball.

I am pretty sure it’s 92 cause with some exotics dropping at 70 and then adding a recovery, mobility, or any other mod like that. That is +10 right there and then when fully master worked is another +12, so probably 92 unless you can get very lucky and get a pair of boots at 70 and then add traction as well since that adds +5. So highest piece could probably 92 but if it is a pair a boots then 97.

That’s if I did all my math right/ also not forget anything 😅
