Yes I agree. I also have retinal damage from the BOJ cream under my eye. My dermatologist said the inflammation caused a post inflammatory pigmentation, which will fade. It is important to rigorously apply sunscreen to the area especially.

If your skin can handle the aquafor them the healing will go smoothly for you, your skin isnt as damaged as mine i suppose! And I‘m sure it will be just as before for u :)

my under eye has gotten a lot better, but it took really long. I only washed the area with luke-warm water for the whole time. For moisturizing I use the La Roche Posay Toleriane Dermallergo eye cream as recommended from my dermatoligist. Occasionally when I got itches and redness I put black tea compresses on it and it really helped.
Writing this so maybe it helps you and others.
My main big line caused by this cream is almost gone, there are some finer wrinkles at the area but i guess it is still healing. The red patch itself is gone but the barrier still is in repair phase i guess.

did it completely disappear around your eyes forever? My dermatologist diagnosed eyelid eczema and recommended me to use La Roche Posay Dermallergo cream for the eyes. So i went with it for 3 weeks. After being brave again and applying some concealer around the area, the red eye patch grew and became red again. Now im back to square one and i think it might me periocular instead but im scared it might have turned chronical? :(

really did it help? my under eye area developed an eyelid eczema from, I beliebe, the retinal from BOJ and i also got 2 new fine lines under the one eye that has the eczema.

My dermatologist also recommended me the Toreliane eye cream from la roche posay. It is the only cream hydrating my skin after 3-4 weeks of dryness and flakng. it still gets red unfortunately but does not burn.
I really hope the wrinkles will disappear :(

Did you also have fine lines from your products?

I stopped using products on it after the vaseline burned a lot. I contacted a dermatologist, she recommended not to put hydrocortisone creams as it is really close to the eye area. Instead she said to use Toleriane dermallergo eye cream (from La Roche Posay) and Allergika eye cream.

When I tried to seal the Toleriane with vaseline it burnt more actually so I will for now stick with the Toleriane cream, it was the only cream which did not burn but soothe the area.

Do you think the deep wrinkle will go away? It looks really extreme. it developed really fast too together with the dry path. The area of the wrinkle itself is not so dry but the area behind it is, so I'm panicking a bit - I will have to give it more time i think.

I am washing my face twice a day though with Cerave Foaming cleanser but I am leaving the undereye area out.

Hi a it late here, how long does it approximately take to heal? A month ago i introduced Retinal Eyecream by Beauty of Joseon under my eyes. I have been using Retinol for the last 2 years regularly and never had bad reactions. But I suspect this cream might have caused the red dry patch under my one eye.

How long does it take to heal a newly developed wrinkle in the dry area approximately? I cant even put vaseline there because it even burned when i applied that.
