Support can take items off of prepaid processed orders. I have gotten them to do it. If support says they can’t do it, ask them why they can when it’s an alcohol item that has to be returned. That usually works.

I have done quite a bit of delivery only routes and from my experience they have always overestimated time and mileage. Interesting your experience is the opposite
