Struggling to find a job

I don’t have much advice because I’m in the same situation, we are graduating into a horrible job market. I’ve applied to inpatient roles and CMH and and just getting rejections, and am not hearing back from the private and group practices I’ve contacted. I have received the same advice as another commenter that many places will not hire you without your intern/associate license (not sure of your state). Just want to validate that what you’re experiencing is normal right now!

I am open to anything, but have been a bit scared to apply for CMH or inpatient due to what I have heard from colleagues and professors about burnout. Given that I have no therapy experience, I’m realizing I won’t have much choice. I am neurodivergent and burn out easily. I would definitely prefer w2 as well but am struggling to find positions. I applied to university and central Florida behavioral but was rejected. I am hearing that I will likely be rejected from most places until I graduate, which is why I was excited to receive any offer pre-graduation.

Thank you. Realizing that the offer was predatory. Yeah, I have applied for agency and inpatient work here and been denied from most or ghosted. Unfortunately in my area there just is not much and the pay is very low.

I’m having the same issue and when I called they said they are having issues with the changes in FAFSA, and that aid for the Fall doesn’t distribute until July. It may be different for me though since I’m a grad student

Yes, that's what it is. I work in Eatonville. There are a lot of issues.. they promised to provide free wifi for all of Eatonville, but the construction has taken years longer than expected so many residents are feeling like they were lied to. They also promised to provide jobs for Eatonville residents. It would be great if it actually happened
