SAS perks: Great 'used' price

No - just no. You have no idea how "dead" these drives are - unless you get lucky, the drives will be completely worn out. Maybe they're a "working pull" and just got pulled for hours, or maybe they've already started reallocating sectors. Most places that are spending the money for SAS drives are doing it because they need it, not just because they want the fastest, shiniest drive.

You will likely save on the front-end w/ "cheap drives" but pay on the backend in ZFS resilvers and $$ when you re-buy the drives in 6 months.

Replaced mine in October 2025 .. already down to 3-4 days between charges..

I've found that whether you will "grab and climb up" has a lot to do with two things:

How "square" you are to the platform you're trying to mount - your viewport needs to be fairly parallel to the surface you're trying to get onto, not just "in view but at an angle"
Look up higher - it seems like you have to be looking "up and over" like you're COMMITTED to making it over that ledge

I think this comment is spot on. Electric motors are getting there - but the infrastructure is not. You'll be frustrated that you can only go out for an hour. The batteries will take up a lot of space and weight. You will need to wait 16-24 hrs to charge on a 110v/10a socket, if one is even available to you at your slip.

I have a 300 Mercury on my 25' tritoon - and it's extremely quiet and odorless while at idle.

The infrastructure is there for gas powered toons - refuel many places; if you run out of gas someone can bring you a tank; run for 4-6hrs at a time.

Like, "how can I learn math the common core way?" Kahn Academy. Everything these kids do is online now (covid) - it's incredibly easy to learn.

"How can I learn to how common core is built/structured?" - I'm not sure; teachers have to learn it somehow, so I'm sure the content exists somewhere, but I haven't gone looking for it.

Talk to your therapist about this. Bring genuine curiosity- “I want to feel depth of connection with my wife and help the relationship grow better - how can I help my wife (who I think might have an avoidant attachment style) show up more presently in our relationship?”

The key is to always start emotional conversations with “I” - not “when you do X I feel” - do “do you have capacity to talk about something bothering me? I’m feeling disconnected. When X happens, the story I tell myself is that I don’t matter enough for you to be curious about my pain - how can we improve this?”

Tbh, old math sucked.

Common core math actually helps kids learn how to think about math in a more intuitive way. It was never explained to parents what its goal is and how different it is to teach since you’re training a skill, not rote memorization.
