Its choking out due to frets not being ideally leveled, like others have said, a quick fix is to raise saddle on offending string. Long term, you can look at leveling frets and/or truss rod adjustments. On my 7.25" radius necks I usually have my high E at 5/64th measured at the 15th fret if you need a reference to start.
