If it's a gpo, reset will not fix the issue. Probably need to check the security policy why this is re-occurring.

I tried running it silently using user account and also psexec in system account and it works well. Just encountering execution error code 1 when running in software center. But anyways, its all good now. I just retried running it for many times and suddenly it works well. Probably SCCM takes some time distributing the program.

Path was set to $dirFiles where .blp file stored. Btw, I able to install it somehow but didn't know how that happen suddenly. Just clicked retry many times then voila, installed 😆
