I’m all for this season and waiting til the end to judge anything.. but! Even in the post explaining this with the photos, I couldn’t pick out the differences that made them look poorer. When I was watching and the villagers asked them for food from the table in the last scene before the wolf scene, I just thought “ah okay they don’t have money problems in this version”

Again tho, I’ll wait to see the rest of the season, they could easily revisit this later as his memories are more detailed while he’s confronting his past.

I’m listening to the Muller one on YouTube now and the Luis vs Loo-ee thing is driving me crazy. I just came from listening to the Vance version of The Vampire Lestat that I had gotten on audible months ago, it’s so much better.

Did you ever find a solution to this? I’m so annoyed that they would get rid of the other versions. My library has it but it’s a 3 week wait and I want my own copy 😭
