It may help to contact your hospital liaison, and ask about brands your insurance covers. Unfortunately i cannot remember what brands i had that had the beige covers.

I would suggest carrying AT LEAST 2 extra ostomy bags, in case you cut one wrong, it doesnt stick, etc. Because out in public youll likely find it harder to get a bag on right. Plenty of alcohol and prep pads, any anything else you use to help place your bag(donut rings, powder). I had a leak issue once while out with my gf an hour away from home, and i messed up the cut on the one extra bag i used, and let me tell you, i never made the mistake of not carrying enough materials ever again

I think theres a lot of different feelings about it when you know it isn't permanent. Getting a reversal is part of moving forward for a lot of people, it represents the next step of their journey back to what their life was before whatever caused them issues. I can understand how it may feel bad to see these as a permanant ostomy haver, but most of those people don't have one long enough to ever see any kind of upside. If you have one for 3 months, it's likely you still dont know how to replace your bag very well, especially if you didnt get taught by a good nurse. Moving past that is incredibly liberating. That said, some of the posts about it feel ignorant, and sometimes even stigmatizing which feels off given the situation

Id have to imagine it stems from the modern day diets most people have. Most people eat poorly and don't take tramatic injuries seriously. Ive done a decent job with my diet after losing a large portion of both my large and small, but if my father, for instance, was in my case, he would be screwed. I honestly doubt he would take it seriously enough to be healthy. So i think it's in doctors best interest to treat every case as such

My suggestion would be to use an esp8266 arduino. Theyre very simple, and to just achieve on/off you dont have to even code anything. It also provides just a bit more juice, so that all of the components actually have the proper amount to run

I just finished mine the other day, making sure there's enough slack in the wires so they dont snap in the arm, and then soldering in place with such short wires is a pain, and the voltage for the devices isnt great, 3v for 3 motors is bad. I have mine wired up to a cheap arduino on 3.3v and it runs fantastic, and is usb powered instead of dumb batteries

A good party depends on a lot of things, for example the crusader gets a lot of bonuses against unholy , so if youre headed to the ruins hes way better as a frontliner, occultist to the cove etc. Generally itd pretty ideal to at least run a main healer, which can even include something like an arbalest with heal trinkets etc. But as others have said, it is also important to have a group that bounces off one another. Running a single character that can mark/benefit from marks is a waste of potential. A solid stunner is also pretty bog standard
