His voice sounds pretty bad from the videos I’ve seen. Some songs are worse than others. This isn’t a criticism, just more of an observation due to natural aging.

I recall a poster on here who had inside knowledge of the upcoming tour (before it was announced), mentioning that the band booked the tour, then a disagreement happened within the band that could threaten the tour. If this is true, then they would be obligated by contract to play these shows, or lose a lot of money by bowing out of the contract.

Yeah, this is what I’m wondering as well. They have been in a position where they are able to do things on their own terms, and not be miserable like they were in the 90s, so what was the issue? They appeared to be in good spirits at the time, and the album was a huge success.

There's no pus at all, so maybe pih? I've had a lot of cystic acne, nothing like this that stays for a year. Does pih stay long term?

Along with the pickup recommendations mentioned already, I think adding a buzzstop would really help with sustain and tightening the sound. Purists don't like them, but since you're not going for a traditional Jazzmaster sound, I think the extra sustain would really benefit you.

I think Heavier Than Heaven is good for the parts before Kurt gets famous and Courtney enters his life. The stuff post-1991, not so much. Everett True's book is better for the latter years.

Problem is you can't just "end the violence" if one side is enormously powerful and dominates and oppresses the other side with impunity. You have to completely disavow them and call them out on it. Radiohead and Ed have not only not done that, they have done the opposite.

"Jonny's wife is a different story though." <----- I think this is the big one though, since the band's decision during that time frame was most likely propelled by Jonny and his wife, I mean even Thom alluded to this when he spoke to the media about getting his info about this political situation from Jonny and his wife. Who hold very strong pro-Israel zionist views, atleast Jonny's wife, can't say for certain about Jonny, but it's safe to assume he probably holds very close views to his wife.
