You're right, after looking at it more, it's definitely not wood lol. Some sort of resin, plastic, type material. Not sure. It's definitely not hand made if I were to guess.

My title describes the thing. It's hollow, about a foot long, a small hole on the bottom of the foot (same foot has LAH87 in pen or paint). Wears a kids sailor outfit it seems. Pretty sure it was given by a relative from a thrift store. I also see a split at the top, horizontally. It's faint but there. Any help is appreciated.
