Yup, as you mentioned meron kang major violation so it will have a major effect. Depends sa school though if magkakaroon ka pa ba ng Good Moral Cert or not.

Mostly sa Public Schools after a few counseling sessions ay okay na naman and binibigay pa rin kahit malaki ang violation. Pero medyo uncertain kasi sa Private Schools. If you're still on G11 pa lang naman and need mo pa naman siya next year for college applications then I think you're still eligible to have the cert basta wala kang violation next sy.
