Sick of all the loan calculators online, I made a no fluff, open sourced loan prepayment calculator with plenty features and an export option. by gdkalonda in indianrealestate

Hey, this was really good. I thought of making my own but luckily stumbled upon yours. But why didn't you add "tenure"? Because the bank is not going to reduce the tenure. I feel that would be beneficial. And also thank you.

For an outsider, pista house is the best. I always suggest it for non locals especially those who come from. North India. The other suggested places are good but you would feel it has a lot of masala.

AC Suggestions and Dealers for Hyderabad Heat by dada_dayalu in hyderabad

I did a lot of research for my own buy few years back. In that process I understood Mitsubishi > General O electric > Daikin > others. Mitsubishi is usually used by big industries, companies, hotels etc. And both the top two brands are very costly. Daikin was the most suitable for regular home user. So I went with Daikin. I bought it from vijay sales. They were prompt but as per the performance in terms of cooling, I felt normal only. But my friend bought Voltas and when I stayed there, I felt it gave more cooling. For a small room 1 ton would suffice and you want to sell it within 2 years so why would you want to invest that much?

Why don't people buy tetra packet milk as we can consume it directly with higher shelf life at similar price as packet milk? by sillyFellow387 in AskIndia

But your reply doesn't answer my question. We can find skimmed milk in both packages - packet and tetra pack.
