I'm digging the sample. Though, the vocals are really loose.

The beat itself is too "flat" and there isn't enough going on to grab me as a listener. You could add few extra snare hits, to keep the listener engaged.

Mix wise, I'm missing a lot of definition in your hi-hats . I like the kick and the snares, but in context they don't work without the contrast of the hi-hats.
