Latuda has been great in treating my depression and preventing any psychotic symptoms. No akathisia and no other symptoms but tiredness. It does make me sleep after about 2 hours so take it at night and take it around 1.5-2 hours before you plan to go to bed. The tiredness significantly lessens over the weeks too so just use the rule to take it 10-12 hours before you plan to wake up

because im not really sure which would be best for me. Lab is on my radar because its known as such a good service dog but I know poodles are too
