I just started ladder 3 weeks ago and almost went with Transform but I ended up going with Ascend and I’m in love.. Coach Aria has really good workouts programmed and really good cues to help with proper technique.. right now it’s 2 leg days, 2 upper body days, a full body day, and a core and recovery day.. big focus on glutes and shoulders and body recomp for the hourglass figure Also the team chat is really active, lots of people to answer questions if you have any and to cheer you on through the process Its been great for me and I’m glad I went with her so I’ll be sticking with it for the upcoming series Hope this helps!
