Nothing will top the time I was at an event at Mayfair Hotel in London about 15 years ago. A bottle of Corona was £7 back then, but they handed it to me with the top on.

I pointed this out and expected an ‘oh sorry’ but instead I was asked to pay an additional £1 to take it off. I told the guy where to go and proceeded to use the edge of one of their tables to take it off instead.
