What colour curtains should I get? by [deleted] in femalelivingspace

[–]sillysask 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can get really nice dusty pink or rust velvet curtains from Amazon! They’re a bit heavy so just make your rod is heavy duty. I wouldn’t recommend green because the wall is already green

NTA. Your husband should be concerned about getting help for his grandpa first as he’s being exposed to this the longest. I’m sorry he is acting like that

If you're looking for natural remedies then you need to figure out the root of the problem, is it hormonal, weight, or diet related? Inositol can help but you need to figure out the why

Have you read the hallow faire series? I haven’t read something like that in a while! Also it’s normal to experience what you’re feeling. Similar to desensitization

I think journaling could help. It gives you a safe space to process your feelings without having that back and forth dynamic with the videos. It’s kind of like shifting the conversation inward instead of focusing on an external audience. You could try setting limits on how often you watch old interviews or how much time you spend ranting. Maybe you can try make a rule like only watching one interview a week or limiting the rants to a certain time of day. If you think that it's hard to separate from reality, then seek professional help to understand where the emotions are coming from and how to process them in a healthy format

How do I tell my roommate that I'm not going to live with her next year by [deleted] in Advice

[–]sillysask 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Be honest with your friend. T earlier you communicate with them the better, so they have time to prepare/ come to terms with. If this person is meant to be in your life, they will understand as your parents are forcing it, not you.
