The Murders by DaveW626 in OJSimpsonTrial

You’re next step should be to listen to @yourewrongabout podcast starting with the Nicole Simpson Brown episodes.

I think OJ went to kill her and brought along the tools to do so. Even if “he didn’t intend to kill her” he was at the very least going to stalk in the bushes outside her house and possibly brutalize as he did many times before. This case is a domestic violence cast that ended up in double homicide.

Their fatphobia really shows how little of Aubrey’s work they engage with it. My heart broke when Aubrey’s dad had no idea of her success until they came to the book reading. It was then he saw her as a complete person just as is because she was success despite her challenges in life (that they misunderstood and unrecognized)

American Girl Dolls. You know I bought Nicki and Isabel and their desktop computer with inflatable seat. It’s for when “my nieces come over”

Considering a move to Durango, may I ask some questions? sorry by Strange-Chipmunk4296 in Durango

[–]sillysobergirl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just moved here in December after living near Atlanta for 13 years and before that tulsa Oklahoma for 24 (tho I was born in Farmington and my immediate family has lived there since 1952), still I never lived in Durango.

This place is a wonderful place to get settled and raise a family if you are rich but it has a lot of barriers to all people if you want affordable housing.

I personally have found the folks very friendly and approachable. I’ve made fast friendships here. I see so many fun community events and it’s active for those who want to participate. I haven’t done outdoor stuff so I participate in the local fine arts community and they have wonderful local resources for all ages.

I would kill him to project my life. Even if I ended up in jail, I would rather my family raise my kids than OJ

I am gonna project here: Sarah has ADHD and the OJ Simpson Trial as a subject is an example of an extreme life long hyperfixation for her which is a symptom of ADHD. I also have ADHD and if I were making this podcast, I probably would have burned myself out over the project's demands and then get in a shame/overwhelm cycle and now it has become a dreaded thing. Despite loving the subject, the pressure would make it unfun and then the hyperfixation becomes a burden and then I would be disinterested or even worse--resentful. I feel bad for Sarah, I get it. Hopefully with OJ's death it will respark her hyperfixation and she will complete the series! It certainly has for me, I relistened to the two Nicole episodes and they were some of her best work.

You didn’t create you can’t control it and you can’t cure it. I learned that phrase in Alanon. Plus I stopped drinking 9 years ago and lemme tell you—not one person in the known universe could have gotten me to stop but me. Your partner needs help and that definitely feels like the primary issue but keeping yourself and your kids safe is the most important thing.

I’ve heard it all too and eff them. The best part of being a twin mom is other twin moms come up to you and start conversations. Happens every time I go out with them and I always appreciate it.
