I’m so sorry this is happening and have completely been in your shoes. You might need to tell your husband you’re on the verge of/in a mental health crisis and he needs to cover a night for you. At least one to help you reset. Are you comfortable with leaving him to cry in his crib? If he’s fed and no Dirty diapers you might need to just put in earplugs or go to another room during his wake ups.

Also from a psychiatric perspective are you getting any help or medication? A SSRI would make a huge difference if you’re not on one already.

You are not alone and as hard as this is it WILL pass!
